Robert "Bob" Mellon moved to Fresno from the Yosemite foothills for college, took a job pouring concrete for a pool company instead of finishing the degree, and has been building in this valley ever since.

The trade first, the company second.
Bob learned this business from the bottom of the hole up — concrete, then plumbing, then steel, then the whole build. By 1989 he had his own company, and by 1990 it was incorporated as Signature Pools & Spa, Inc.
Thirty-five years later he is not in an office somewhere reviewing reports. He is the one who shows up to look at your yard, and the one who picks up when the number on this page gets dialed.
That is the whole pitch, honestly. There is no layer between the owner and your project, because the owner is the project manager.
